a Sense of the Season

With an unexpected dumping of snow, we’re reminded of how yet another season is upon us.  For some it’s A Sense of the Season ski season, snowmobile season, the season of giving, cooking and baking season, and-already come and gone again-Thanksgiving season.  For some, winter is about isolation, feeling depressed, and a time when freedom to do the things we like is curtailed.  Maybe you are buried in winter when it comes to your spiritual life.  You’re cold-hearted toward God, or others.  In this message, reflect on what may be causing “spiritual winter”, and on the gift that we all possess, which is capable of giving us a warm heart once again.
